Shipping policy

LEVELIN Tools Fulfillment & Shipment Processing

Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends (time extension may apply).

Domestic Shipping:
For the continental USA, we offer a 2-day express service with a flat fee of USD 9.95. Orders placed after Thursday 12 pm may have a time extension applied.
Free shipping is available for orders above USD 199 for continental US customers.

Non-Continental USA and Canada Shipping:
For non-continental USA, we provide expedited shipping with a flat fee of USD 14.95. Canadian orders are shipped at a flat fee of USD 19.95.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:
Upon ordering, an email notification is sent. Shipping tracking details are provided once payment is cleared and the order is fulfilled.

Fulfillment Timeframe:
Our domestic fulfillment commitment is 1 business day.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
LEVELIN Tools is not accountable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. The customer is responsible for all fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes.

Damages:
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging material and damaged goods for claim purposes.

International Shipping Policy:
Currently, we only ship to the USA and Canada.
